Check this out. The management all just received changes to their employment contracts. I wonder what the board is giving them now. Rich bonuses and huge salraies weren't enough. Now that they have lost over $60M in value and produced nothing, it looks like they are feathering their nests in preparation for dumping the company. Why is the CFO getting a "good reason" clause? This means he can say he doesn't like something, leave and get a big payout.
