We finally see SLS responding to the new distribution policy. At less than $4 a share it is starting to look interesting. the steepness of the discount is very compelling. The world wide REIT meltdown is equally alarming. At some point though the stories of the Precious metals will visit the intrinsic value assets like Real estate. For now best to hide out in any decent non-retail convertible preferreds in the group. We have HCN-PG as an example. Any others ? It is at least time in here at these levels to start to nibble at SLS in small partials of 100-200 shares with limit orders some what below the recent $3.90 mark. ????
