Seeds.Bill, are you still as optimistic about the potential for an $8 PPS by Thanksgiving which is 2.5 weeks away? Between now and then there will be no dividend or earnings announcements so unless the have some news of a different nature, we won't be getting any market excitement from them. I would think we will be lucky to hang on above $5 a share between now and the mid-December dividend annoucement.

I really wonder why RSO isn't rated higher by the market than some of these other highly leveraged REITs. Could it be the relatively small size of the company?
