Company is the leader in the industry. There is a constant demand for ice and it will continue. They are not going away and management is taking positive steps to improve earnings. The DOJ situation will eventually be dismissed or resolved with minimum impact to the company in the long run. There were many that thought $31 a share was too low just a few years ago and not much has really changed since then.
