Just at a PA location on Wed night- and RR burger was replaced by cheaper tastless version and dry and overcooked. I complained to waitress and she said cooks don't like the new patties- manager said I had bad information it was same burger- yeah right! Cost cutting- I am sure. Been RR fan for many years and first real bad experience! Management - don;t cut cost of beef cut the bun quality or less fries- the burger is why I go!
