Donini Announces Strategic Area For The Launch Of Its Expansion

MONTREAL, Oct. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Peter Deros, President and CEO of Donini Inc. (DNNC.PK), announced today that with the appointment of Jean Vassiliadis as President and CEO of Donini's operating subsidiary, Pizzacorp DTC Franchises Inc., the Company is on track for expansion. President Vassiliadis stated, "We will begin expansion in the South-Shore area of Greater Montreal, which has a population of approximately half a million. We are confident that the Company can open five Pizza Donini franchises over the next 24 months." As a start, Mr. Vassiliadis is already in discussion with an independent pizza restaurant which, he believes, can be converted into the Donini brand over the next three months.


Mr. Deros added, "This is an excellent, strategic area for expansion as Mr. Vassiliadis' own franchise, which is very successful is located in this area and will be used as a training center for the new franchisees."
