Hey all:
I just noticed that RBNF is extending their share buy back program. About 4% of the float is authorized to be repurchased at this point. If RBNF can buy shares under $8/share, they are retiring shares at about 60% of book value. A good thing if it can be accomplished! RBNF has about a 5% dividend, add back a 4% decrease in shares outstanding, and you get a 9% return, all other things being equal (which they usually aren't). Any thoughts?
