Company is much better positioned for tighter state budgets than they were 5-7 years ago. Results are very positive and their initiatives are working. Deferred revenue, & cash flow are impressive. In addition, smart $ says the Paul's will be looking for an opportunity to sell when conditions improve. Buying all I can as I believe this is an excellent long term stock to own.
