Board---Results are not good and at 10.8% margins cannot make any money even with these impairment charges taking inventory values down--this tells us that will have losses for all of 2010--look at historical trading of HB's during the 90's-- all HB's traded below BV for 7-9 yrs, RYL will trade there soon, and by mid 2010 BV will be single digit--NEW ORDERS DROPPED BY 25% THIS Q VS LAST Q AND NEW ORDERS THIS Q LESS THAN LAST YEAR Q!!!! This should be single digit stock tomorrow, but guess is the talk of tax credit extension will keep drop to 10-15% Good Luck on trying to get out.
