Does "Return of Capital" sound interesting as a "Dividend Policy".... at least it is Not Taxable they say. Dividends are booked on GAAP books where there may be future profits while the Tax Losses are still climbing and huge, but for how long....

Management says nothing about when Tax Losses will reverse. The best the officers said on page 9 is E. R. Murrow's quote:

"Anyone who isn't really confused doesn't understand the situation".

Is that the best they have to offer as wisdom?
