I checked the insider transaction history for RWT and find a number of options exercised at an option price of $0. Recently Doug Hansen exercised well over 125,000 shares at $0.
So, particularly given the performance of this company over the past several years, how do these folks have zero cost options. It seems like the officers and directors are being richly rewarded for rather poor performance. Rating :
