If CSCO raises the offer for Tandberg, other companies that they go after will start pushing them around. Look what happened to YHOO after they demanded more money from MSFT.
I'm not sure Cisco likes to be pushed around by a much smaller company. Besides, it's possible another company counters with a higher bid. A dropped Cisco bid causes a 50% price spike in RVSN. The bad news is already priced in. Which way are you betting? Sentiment : Strong Buy Rating :
