The branch was in downtown Portland, the other office was just space for some lenders 10 miles south of their Gateway location. They all moved into Gateway. Hate to see the branch close, but I'd expect the lease was pretty expensive compared to the transaction count. They must have 7-10 lenders in that facility, so I doubt they are saying goodbye.
