Of note from the filing: "Using a reference range of 5.0x to 6.0x the Company’s LTM EBITDA for the restaurant division..."

this appears to on the low side imo but the point is the multiple is where rubo is trading currently - meruelo will walk here - can't see him coming back w/ a better offer - but i also don't think he dumps his shares.
