I think for the most part they cut old corporate overhead, increase supervisor's case loads, and leverage their back office and other support. It should not take years to do that. Any moves they made two years ago are already accounted for. I think they are hesitant to make a big move, and maybe that's a good thing, but historically their growth came from acquisitions. As a shareholder I would prefer seeing them take larger bites and really be the consolidator that can offer payors low cost solutions to the aging demographics this country faces. If they want to do that 5 million dollars at a time fine--but that takes longer.
