As many of you know I have been a ResCare shareholder for years, originally posting under the name Provb3.

I am a strong believer in what this company does, its management and employees, and the terrific service it provides within our society.

I am sure many long term holders are disappointed that ResCare Stock has lagged in the recent market recovery.

However, I believe ResCare is about to move up nicely.

From the earnings press releases yesterday:

"The Company confirmed its 2009 revenue guidance of $1.60 billion to $1.63 billion and $1.30 to $1.34 per diluted common share."

Ladies and Gentlemen ... that means that RSCR stock is trading at a price/earnings ratio of less than 10... which is very attractive.

Now, when you consider that ResCare debt loads are being paid down (therefore lower interest expense in the future) and new operations have been absorbed (at the expense of current profitabily but for the benefit of future gains), I suspect some analyst will catch on an upgrade ResCare stock soon.

The services provided by ResCare are vital to society and the demand for these services will remain strong.
