So far, earnings have been stable ... which is terrific compared to most industries.

My bet is that our country, our politicians, and our sense of commitment to the truly disadvantaged will prevail and ResCare will do just fine. There are a lot of state budgets that are under pressure ... but plenty of fat to trim in other areas.

I have always been impressed by the Division of ResCare that handles victims of traumatic brain injury. Society simply cannot turn their backs on injuries of such permanent severity.
