I'm new to this company so I'd appreciate some insight.
It would seem that a company like RSCR could be significantly affected by two currently opposing factors. 1) A severe recession that is causing governments at all levels to greatly reduce their spending.
2) A Democratically controlled Federal government that, at the very least, talks about spending so as to meet the needs of "the needy."
Which factor will have the greater influence? Thanks!
