For all the EBIDA talk by the CEO, another losing quarter. RRI trades at 40% of NBV due to lack of earnings. In 2007, CEO said earnings would be positive in 2009 - lips are moving. And, this is before BHO taxes coal plants. Stock is $5.3 today, no way it is up to $8 as GS predicts. Most of cash flow is depreciation - what if that is a real expense, i.e. you are not keeping your plants up to date? Loser.
