They have a bad habit of putting a stock on the conviction buy list and then taking it off in a few weeks, just look at WR and GXP this summer, so there is obviously not much conviction behind the buy. They get the initial pop and then the subsequent drop when its removed within a month. A very deceptive practice or worse. GS has cost me too much money with their perverse control over these stocks. SEC definitely needs to take a look, but too many former GS'ers in the government.
