Its a smart business strategy to sell your most stable sources of income.....take on additional debt after doing so ......and then issue more shares to help with that debt......and of course, reduce the dividend.

How the heck does this work? Management is fleecing the shareholders, by basically making the company "unbuyable" through the use of short term debt (what REIT tries to borrow money for one and two years???) and additional shares.

Doesn't look like Equity One is going to do anything and we end up getting the shaft so these clowns can keep their cushy jobs and bonusses.
