Royal has a market cap according to Yahoo of 21.5 million @ 2.56 a share is about 8,445,000 shares of stock outstanding Agree or got another number?

If ng goes for 6 bucks a 2500 mcf well would be making 15,000 a day shove that forward 365 days and you get $5,475,000 a year. divided by 8,445,000 is .64 a share in return.

That is based on the well continuing to produce at 2500 mcf a day for the whole which usually does not happen get a fast burn down on most ng wells and with ng at 6.00. on average for year.
this well alone added say 65 cents a year to value of stock. The real money will come in how much they are able to add to proven reserves which will effect the balance sheet which needs help badly. A 2.5 well is a very good commercial well and the other well being drill should be comming in within another 3 weeks and it will be very important to Royal.
If it comes in about the same then look for another spike going even higher as the confidence in the "new field" would grow.

Anyone who knows the history of the ng decrease from the average Longstar or near by wells can give a better picture than mine but looks to me like the max value is 65 cents a share. The stock is up not quite that much today on the news so at 2.50 Royal is trading on value or close to it. This situation is a much better one that the big gamble up in Utah was as you have a good well already going and another 3 or 4 weeks from production numbers. If your looking for a 10 buck price on Royal your dreaming at this time but $5 could be true if the next well is another 2mil or better well.
