Radio One has property assets, but revenue is going backwards. They will never be able to maximize their format's potential, without realizing that the main stream for them is not in their current ethnic markets. And, IMHO, TV-1 is unlikely to flourish as long as BET is the master of Black video media. Kathy needs to mine the under-exposed ethnic markets for their religious and community programming needs.
