What share holders want to hear,

GAAP earnings were $0.25/sh with no excuses. (e.g. exchange rate, extrodinary one time gains, etc)
ROCM senior management has suspended bonuses, cut salaries by 15%, eliminated stock option for itself until GAAP earning of $0.25/sh or greater are achieved for 4 conssecutive quarters in a row.
ROCM has eliminated the poison pill conditions (future compensation for senior management in the event of a change in ownership) thus making ROCM more attractive for an aquisition by a company more capable of generating share holder value.
