Anybody have a read on these guys? Out of Chicago, part of NorthStar, plus they manage their own value fund. They own an absolute slug of ROAC and are in the market nearly every couple weeks adding to their position. Microcap expertise and academic cred. from U of Chicago and U Mich. This is a very concentrated position for them in a microcap stock. We're not talking a Renaissance Technologies shotgun approach to owning a piece of every microcap value stock in the universe. These guys are sharpshooters, rifleshot types that load the boat on a specific idea when they believe in it. Beyond that, I know nothing about them. Can't imagine how they would ever exit their position in this small floater other than a transaction, BWDIK.
