It is clear to me that managment does not want to address the issue of Emerlad Asset Advisors and Michael Xirinichs. They refused to discuss it at todays CC even though the Trout Group indicated it would be discussed. Rockwell's managment also refuses to take questions form individual shareholders at the CCs and refused to commen to Sharesleuth on the story. Bottom line is they do not want to be embarassed by institutions and mutual funds getting nervous about possible shady connections. Its a poor way to run a company in my opinion.

My belief, based on past conversations I had with Klema, is that the company used whatever means it could to try and get the stock price up to attract institutional investors and mutual funds to help fund SFP development. The use of Emerald and other similar companies has been gong on for many years and the company will not discuss it with shareholders.

If Xiirnachs is found guilty of the SEC charges, Rockwell management will have some explainig to do regarding its ties to Xirinachs.
