I am not sure I have made my point adequately. So please let me try again. The name Rambus has a very bad connotation in the Bay Area. This results from when they gave a sweetheart deal to Intel around 2000 to push RDRAM. Rightly or wrongly Rambus got in bed with the Devil. The Dram industry or Cartel fought it and won. Intel was unscathed but Rambus was nearly crushed.

At the SF trial the Rambus Jury Profillers will have there work cut out for them. First off they must keep off the Jury any Chinese, Taiwanese, or Korean from the Jury. The references by the Lilly White elites of Intel and Rambus to the Cartel has rubbed the Oriental community in the Bay area the wrong way. I worked for many years in Silicon Valley and I am Lilly white and you can deny it, but it is true.

This is of critical importance in the SF trial. In addition, Rambus Jury Profillers must keep off the jury anybody that worked in the semiconductor industry or computer industry or knows someone that did in the late 90's to the early 2000's. This is because everyone knows the story of Rambus and RDRAM and Intel. Any AMD booster can fill you in on the details.

All just my opinion. Good Luck in SF. It's Rambus's best hope.
