It will be evolved. When the pendulum of the economy cycle swing from "Credit expansion, housing bubble euphoria" back to "Live with our means" then people realize that the general consumers in US and all around the world had been ripped off by these "Constructive Confrontation - INTC's work ethic" type of unethical, inhuman, no friendship career and dominance.

It is time for this dominance to break off!

This lawsuit will be treated as the placeholder and also a safe hobor for Wall Street to take positions for both INTC and RMBS to disband. Financials industry included.

Following the lead of foreign regulators, New York’s attorney general, Andrew M. Cuomo, filed a federal antitrust lawsuit Wednesday against Intel, the world’s largest chip maker.
