It could work like this:
Eric goes to some hedge funds and does a "club deal" with several funds. They offer say $2.50 per share in cash for all of VCG ... then Troy has to say, "No, VCG is worth a lot more than $2.50 a share." Troy is between a rock and a hard place! Rating :
