I am quite certain Ricks is looking at the possibility of buying VCGH. Just elimiinating VCGH's execs salaries and admin expenses and perks would free up $5M annually easily. $2.50 offer would be a good one for Ricks. Size matters and an additional $50M in revenue and a probable $7 to $9M in Free cash would do wonders for company.

With the economy slowly turning and Vegas slowly rebounding this might be the kick in the pants Ricks needs to jump start the stock price.
