I disagree. Never had any trouble trading
this issue. It trades like that because of ignorant "traders". Watched 1,500 sell and twenty seconds later, 300 were sold four cents cheaper per share. That could be an attempt at "manipulation" but it turns out to be a losing move. Guess you noticed RIC was 2nd highest % gainer on AMEX yesterday? Hurt your feelings eh? Rating :
