Ever since the guy took a stake in RIC, the stock trades in a very strange way, with unexplained jumps that rarely last for any duration. The stock trades weirdly because Chamandy controls an investment management company and so it seems stock manipulation has become the name of the game.

The problem with RIC is that nothing has changed. It is still the same tired slug of a company that rarely announces any exciting news, and which has not had an exciting reserves announcement since the late 90's. Until that changes, RIC is a cockroach motel, easy to get in, very difficult to exit.
