You make good points on this thread all. If they didn't buy it for the potential, it was a huge strategic blunder. Time will tell. In fact, RFMD is lousy at buying other companies. They are basically no good at it with a track record to prove it. In any case, potential isn't potential unless more of it makes it to the bottom line.
