Instead of whining about a disconect in the cc's why don't RFMD mgmt reduce their float!! They had a too many shares before they bought sirenza.

After sirenza the float increased. Now they want the convert the bonds into more shares. They need to pay ALL the bonds with cash not stock like swks said in their cc. They need to take advantage of the upcoming price drop and buy back 50 mil shares.

If they get their float to 200mil shares they will really be able to compete with swks on a price/share basis. All these guys do is sh!t on their stock and then wonder why it gets manipulated and won't go up.

They need to reduce their float to 200M shares!!!! Now is the time they can fix it.
