* RFMD red for 20 out of the past 27 trading days on heavy(ish) volume. So - unless people are selling shares from mid July '09 backwards, they are selling for a loss at these levels - or day trading for nickel and dime gains.
* Earnings CC was handled very well by the exec team and the numbers were good.
* Overall market is volatile, but recession news trickling in is mildly positive. Fed holding rates low for extended period of time.

Who apparently knows what we don't?

FYI - I'm not in love with the stock, just baffled at this situation like many others.
