company is after get bck on track is to put itself up for sale to either private equity ( best choise) or a larger connecter company . Even if get back on track, company too small for mutual funds to be interested and SEC rules , etc cause a good chunk of funds to go there. with Mr.Hill getting close to retirement (my guess) can't blame him as I would , maybe best thing too do. do not know of susccesion plan of BOD.
