Well, it looks like the Cohen's finally fcked over the REXI shareholders, to add to everything they've done with their other companies. They filed a 75-page 8-K where they're loaning the company $15.6 million in exchange for 12% interest and 3 million warrants at $5.10 a share. Not good...
