Took Harris Teeters new customer service class. What a joke. Why does HT spend so much money on Training to make customers happy, then just cut hours and leave depts empty and no baggers on the front end. It must just be a feel good thing.

We talked about the rules of customer service, One of the rules is Customers never bag there items. Well how is that possiable with only one bagger on the front end all day.

Then from 4-6pm when the mystery shopper comes in assoicates run around and try to stay ahead of her to make it look like there is people working in every dept. When everyone was sent home early.
