Been thinking about your posts and it dawned on me- another pedantic guy who likes to drop all kind of financial buzz words and accuse others of being bashers if they don't step to. Kind of like gurus who blindly followed Madoff. Did you ever consider looking deeper into a company's history and determine managements overall ability and what the future may hold.
Here is what i have heard from different M & A sources (makes it heresay and therefore may not be factual). The co. may have made more than 35 acquisitions since 1995 which has resulted in 100's of millions in write offs as the operations petered under RCM's stewardship or they were just taken for a ride by the seller. They purchased a Co. in MI for $10 million from an foreign fellow with a very iffy company-opps- very little ongoing rveneue- they recouped $2 million and the Indian (not an American citizen) got out of dodge and now resides comfortably in Europe. They paid another $10 million for a one client co.- the client was a cable company- oops another write off unless those cable guys could write checks from prison. They bought a minority owned co. in CA which upon acquisition was no longer minority- oops- no more minority set aside business.

I repeat- this could all be heresay so you are welcome to take it with a grain of salt.

But tell me- if all is true and there are more stories in the naked city- does it not concern you or do you just read balance sheets. They can't keep tossing accretive earnings into new acquisitions forever.
