That is terrible advice. Your original purchase price is irrelevant. If you think the stock is going down to 17 or 18, you should sell it now or short.

On that note, I covered my short at 20. I considered shorting again at 22, but when I tried to place an order, there were no shares available to short (at Schwab), so I shorted OWW instead.
