I think the flat to slightly higher rev for next year is bigger than it sounds. Each quarter has had the same basic announcement about year over year revenue. What they have been successful at is decreasing costs. While this isn't always a good thing, in RAC's instance I think it is because they were in need of cutting out inefficiencies. Once the restructuring finishes playing itself out over the next quarter, there will be more momentum going forward. Remember how low their p/e is. Buying on dips and holding for the next 6 months should be easy money. I was expecting a hit to the stock price this quarter and a jump with next quarter's earnings. That is the way I am playing it. The market doesn't seem to pay attention to their earnings call and it shows in the stock's price reaction the following earnings.
