Will they raise the .36 dividend or keep it the same?
My guess:
Raise to .40 ? 11% increase - 10% chance
Raise to .38 ? 5.5% increase - 55 % chance
Leave at .36 ? - 35% chance

I don't think that 11% increase is warranted.

Leave would be "admitting" now full year will be flat.

.38 would be a reasonable compromise/signal.

Or maybe wait 2 qtrs, get a good feel for the full year and go to .40 then.
