RAS now has a market cap of only $117m despite a multi-billion dollar b/sheet. Is the market missing something?

Many on the board trumpeted better than expected earnings, yet the stock sold off 7% into what was a strong market. What did the market see that it did not like?

1) Electric blue reporting: Some of us have higher degrees in business and accounting. Personally, the onstantly changing metrics and disclosures is disconcerting at best. For example RAS used to highlight adj. earnings for years but now chose to show taxable REIT income. Uh, yea. Bottom line: The shareef don't like it. Rock the Ras'bah.

2) Non performning loans make'a mean moan. $18.5m in Q3. Total value on non-performing loans is around quarter billion (pocoket change for HuckVu and the free shares traders with 2000 baby share no doubt) Bottom: line: This is an opaque area. Uncertainty=not the best. B

3) Real Estate in da'hood. Davis often points to RAS huge treasure trove of "owned real estate" which is listed at $645m. That's the bomb right? Yet, this massive portfolio generate a whopping $2m of casshlorw on a YEARLY basis in Q3. For those who like stats that's a 1% cap rate. So let us ask: how do they even service the debt on this proprty with such low cashfow? Bottom line: Ahh, Am'adavis oh oh Am'adavis
