Last week we on this board had a little dust-up over whether Vitamin D-3 can stop flu. What do you know--just got the latest issue of Life Extension magazine, which has an article on that subject. It gives interesting and powerful evidence that D-3 stops swine flu in its tracks. The article quotes quite a few MDs who say they use it and demand that their patients do too, and the incidence of swine or any other flu among them is vanishingly small. The article says the optimal adult dosage appears to be around 6,300 IU per day. D-3 is dirt cheap.

Note: I am not making any health claims, just reporting what the article said, but I do take 5,000 IU a day and have not been sick since I started.
