cactusman,you've got some positive energy . my guess is tom could sell this thing any time fore 5 to 7 $ per share but this thing could be worth 30 to 50 when its all maped out .but they should be able to put the pencil to the paper soon .and the timing should be right the us economy will be rebounding next year .so they should get this done soon.
