Energy company Quicksilver Resources (KWK, $8.74, +$0.95, +12.20%) has been trading at a discount on liquidity concerns, Jefferies said, but the firm believes the company has many options to resolve its liquidity crisis. Jefferies said options include joint ventures, hedge monetization and asset sales. Also, Quicksilver Gas (KGS, $14.00, -$0.27, -1.89%) could issue equity to retire note payable to KWK, the firm said, as it raised its investment rating on the shares to buy from hold.
