they get the cash after the IPO to found a big expansion in CECT brand, they wanted to built a new manufacturing plant etc... Months later everything was frozen and cancelled. They launch the VEVA brand. And they has been in the crisis and transition to VEVA since then. Of course the have cash and this gives a lot of support the shares. But they are waiting to nail one good model to explode the sales... For now they should have 4 to 6 models in test with China Mobile and China Unicom.... but no news... There are many questions about the direct sales model they adopted in the past. The growth is not coming as they need to some one... If this small tech companies don't growth eventually they die... The Veva Brand volume for the past 5 q was 100k, 300k, 300, 250k, 600k... the las quarter the volume was good, but they slash the price to move the old 3 first Veva models and there is no more details... Is this promising? Now they have new nice models, let see what they show at 3Q. But they best hope is a big contract from China Mobil or China Unicom for the F1, T3 or T6 models... I try to be a little bit skeptic always with this company...
