That's pretty much all we to go on is opinion. Many proposals have been floated and one has to be forward looking as much as possible to ascertain how it may impact stock prices. Obviously, government wants a "public" option, and that in my opinion would most likely be a bad thing for medical laboratories unless Quest has some Goldman Sachs members on its board of directors.
