I thought I'd do the unthinkable and post something here that wasn't spam.

The word is now out that Daniel Lender, QAD's CFO, has resigned effective September 12th. When you take a look at the people who have left voluntarily or were pushed out over the last couple of years you have to wonder what the hell is going on internally. A certain amount of churn isn't unusual in any company, but like this? . . . .

Valerie Miller, VP/Controller (?)
Mark Rasmussen, VP/Treasurer
Mike Lodato, CMO
Tom Mackey, VP Sales/Americas
Vince Niedzielski, EVP/R&D

....and probably a few others that don't currently come to mind.
