i just spoke to him and he says it really doesn't matter what it actually sells for , the company paid for it as part of the package he got for taking over this lame company, he'll get whatever is "profit" , but if there's a loss, then the Q gets to use that as a capitol "loss" on taxes , he's gonna trade "UP" and since the corporate jet is available usually, he's gonna buy a house "on the coast" and just commute ?? ,,, bwaaahahahahahahahahahahahaha
